Thanks Brian and Warren - I'm still weighing up whether to get mine delivered to my local dealer, who I'll get to fit it in any event, but it's good to know I can get it there under my own steam if need be.

Am I right in thinking that on top of the price there is still delivery from the US to pay *and* the excise that HMC&E deem payable.

The full price would therefore be closer to

Well, note that Dan didn't post the GB price in your thread in the main FS&W forum. I'm more thinking of the US peeps than the UK - they could easily change your 'just over' figure back to dollars...

Anyway, just a suggestion!
