id be interested if it was a good bit cheaper, you can buy these clutches for $420 new!

This is a full a kit and I bought it for over 1000$ from an s2ki.com dealer. I think you mean just the clutch disc or something?

how agresive is the bite? whats the noise like on over run

It's quite aggressive, but you'll get used to it. It's a 6-puck spring disc so it is recommended for street / track applications.

Noise is similar to other aftermarket clutch+flywheel combos that I've heard.
