I'd just like to add - I've also got the J's ECU and it really is a real world performance improvement, definitely noticeable all the way through the rev range.
I had mine dynoed with the J's dual, J's manifold and decat and AEM intake at 200Bhp at the wheels !! Graph below :

Ian - look at the second dyno - it's the difference between the two power curves - with the Mugen or J's intake, you get a nice increase in bottom end along with the VTEC kicking in at 5600rpm and increase in power all the way to 9200rpm.
