FS: MY04 Silverstone GT, 35k miles,
Hi all
After 3 fantastic years of ownership its time for a change (sadly I now have to use the S2000 for work and sitting crawling in traffic at a snails pace for 90 mins every day has spoilt the enjoyment for me somewhat).
Here's an honest summary of the vehicle:
> 1 owner (me!) since new (May 04)
> Just turned over 35k miles
> Taxed till end May
> Dealer serviced @ 9k, 18k and 27k as required
> GT model - hardtop has only been on for about 5 days in total (I just drop it on using the roof hoist for specific journeys, if required)
> Stand hardly used, again as I have a roof hoist - just been stuck in spare room cupboard!
> Likewise for the HT cover - never used (it may be a bit creased - have you tried folding one?!)
> Toneau cover used maybe 20 times - immaculate condition.
> Interior immaculate - just a tiny/light scratch on 'glove box' door (ex g/f's bloody ring - emphasis on EX!).
> Carpets immaculate (had mats since day 1 of ownership).
> Seats excellent condition - regularly cleaned and conditioned (Meguiars)
> Exterior VERY good (almost immaculate) condition:
> Usual small stone chips on front lip, none deep/serious
> Bonnet superb - just a couple of tiny, shallow chips at very front above badge
> Small scuff on drivers side wheel arch (thanks to impatient twat on a bike with paniers!) which I've touched up - see photo.
> No door or other panel dents (I'm always VERY careful where I park!)
> No pitting on wheels; just a few rim edge scuffs
> Washed weekly (Zymol)
> Waxed regularly (Zymol)
> Never been NEAR a carwash!
> Tracker fitted by dealer from new (the middle one of the 3 offerings - I forget what they call it!)
> Honda authorised headlamp washer mod peformed by dealer (prevents headlamp wash when headlights not on)
> Never been taken on a track or off public highway
> No accidents / prangs / bumps of any sort (touch wood!)
> Front tyres changed @ 27k (by dealer as part of service)
> Rear tyres changed @ 19/20k and will soon need replacing (locally they're

Its been kindly pointed out to me that the small scuff on the front wing looks a lot worse on the photo than it actually is 'in the flesh' due to light reflecting on the bumper (which looks like a white scratch, but most definately isn't!).
The actual scuff is on the wing edge (only) and is now clearly circled.
cheers
Mark
