Softop (Glass Window) Complete
Having just replaced the roof for a mohair one, the original one has been removed. The top is showing some age related wear, but doesn't leak and everything is working properly. The sides by the door shuts have splits in the usual place. The seams around the windows have also cracked but don't leak. These both could be stitched together like several members already have (waxed thread to be water proof) whilst the roof is off the car. A small two centimeter split has been rubbed over the shoulder part. This was sealed with a tear aid patch when I first bought the car and held up fine for the last two years. Again, this also could be stitched to improve the appearance. Overall the roof is perfectly serviceable, but could do with some TLC whilst its off the car.
- Original vinyl soft top
- Glass rear window heated (normally around £75 on its own)
- Frame + Motors (normally around£60)
- Front catchers (normally around£40)
Its for someone who wants to upgrade from the plastic window or totally knackard roof.
Given the price of the items individually, I'm looking for £150 collected
