We had to check to be sure, these are per caliper rather than per axle (unlike the pad sets).

Hi, can you get hold of a continuation service book? My book is now full but the dealer who services my car has never heard of a continuation book.

My other option is a generic blank book from eBay, but I'd prefer a genuine book.

Hello - the service books are normally ordered up by the Sales/Service dept of the dealership - I would just ask for a standard one and keep them together, as I don't recall a continuation book available.
