TILTON Brake Bias Valves - Now stocked!
We now stock these, both LEVER and SCREW type in metric M10 thread. They are pretty much the best available - we've used them with great success in our Civic Cup cars for the past three seasons. Luke prefers the lever type as he prefers to have definite bias points rather than totally 'dialling' it in.
Order via our website
£95 delivered to the UK (Don't forget your discount code!)

We can also make up custom HEL brake lines so if you're wanting to remove at the hard lines and have a full braided setup, this is no problem. We've done this for around 5 Civic Cup cars over the winter break.
Thanks

It all depends on how you be configuring the setup.
I assume you have braided brake lines already?
So in the Civic Cup cars…
FRONT
1 x line from MC to SPLITTER
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing LEFT brake line.
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line.
REAR
1 x line from MC to BIAS
1 x line from BIAS to SPLITTER
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing LEFT brake line
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line
So in this setup you're essentially having 7 lines @ £20 each.
We class a 'line' as 50cm. (7x 50cm = 3.5m)
BUT you will no doubt have lines longer than this. So once you have worked out what lengths you need (including fittings at each end which account for 6cm) you may have a total setup length of lets say 5.5m.
Each extra metre is £7, so you have 3 extra metres.
Splitters are £8, we have 2 of these in the above setup
Lines £140
Extra Length £14
Splitters £16
TOTAL £170
I hope that makes some sort of sense.

Basically to get this sorted we'd just need to know the lengths of the following…
1 x line from MC to SPLITTER
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing LEFT brake line.
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line.
REAR
1 x line from MC to BIAS
1 x line from BIAS to SPLITTER

1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line
1 x line from MC to SPLITTER
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing LEFT brake line.
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line.
REAR
1 x line from MC to BIAS
1 x line from BIAS to SPLITTER
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing LEFT brake line
1 x line from SPLITTER to existing RIGHT brake line
