Aftermarket radio which uses the OEM controller?

What is a good aftermarket radio which can use the OEM radio controller?

I would rather pay more for a direct replacement which can use the controller option.

That's easy.

There are none.

You need some sort of interface from the radio controls to the radio. Nothing will work straight out of the box.
