With that said with Lee being on street tires he is never going to get enough roll to use that -2.25 is actually just wearing his tires down,

I am not knocking Lee, his alignment is great for a racer on race rubber. Just not for a street car on street rubber.
Actually Mark, the reason the camber on the rear is so excessive is because they couldnt get it any closer to the factory specs (-1.8) after it was lowered. This is the LEAST amount of negative camber I can run.

And as for tire wear, my car now has 12,000 post lowered and aligned miles on it and my tire wear on the rear is TOTALLY EVEN. No excessive wear at all. In fact, approaching 15,000 my rears probably have a good 2000-3000 left on them.

Again, as you mentioned, as cars are different and you have to do what you feel is right for yourself. I drive my car hard and appreciate the increased contact patch in the corners due to the greater camber angle.

Lee, I am coming off like an asshole sorry.

I'd love to check your tire temps after a spirited drive to see if you are actually making use of the contact patch.

Wanna have a pyrometer party?
Actually I am just looking for a ride in your car.

You know you're more than welcome to get a ride in the passenger seat whenever you want!
Come out to the next meet and we'll sort something out!

I dont want to be cruising along and have a hand grab the back of my head and have it forced into his lap.

Because I refuse to pay for that type of ride.

Don't take others alignment specs as the bible.

Lee's alignment is really agressive namely in the rear, where most national autocrossers are using similar specs on race tires.
actually, no, no one that I know of (nationally) is running more than -2 deg rear camber. Typically -1.75 is about right, with just the slightest amount of toe-in in the rear. Fronts we max out the camber; whatever you can get is what you get. Front toe-out is slight, 1/8" (too lazy to calculate to degrees, but 0.4 sounds about right).

I know those specs have been tweeked since then.
Last I heard from the S2000 guys, on race rubber they were over -2.0.

If you note, that indicates they're running the old A3S03. I know they've changed toe settings in the rear, and Steve Wynveen was running less than -2.0 camber in the rear (last year, Topeka Nat'l Champs). And we had the rears stood up just to eliminate inside wheelspin. More camber only made that worse, but since Steve and Jason have eliminated that problem through shock valving, it's quite possible they can run more camber in the rear now.

Of course, none of these cars are lowered and are on stock springs.
