Default Autocross events ?

I can't find any events aside from Route 66, autobahn, and Blackhawks farms. Aren't there any other events at big parking lots with cones that happen every weekend around Chicago? I'm in disbelief how hard it is to actually try and race around legally...

There are a number of events held at the Boomers stadium in Schaumburg, as well as the Sears Center parking lot. I don't think there are any held at Maywood Park's parking lot anymore, but I could be wrong.

I'll look into getting the UMW track / autocross event calendar (located here.) updated, but in the meanwhile, you can find events held by the Windy City Miata Club (arguably the most popular Autocross club among S2000 owners in the community) here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/100...tes-announced/

Scca- chicago region.

Amoung these clubs, I was attending autox every weekend for the summer back when I didn't have kids or a gf. Nowdays, I'm happy to get 4-5 events a season.

P.S. we had 16 runs this past weekend at miata club.
