I'm looking into purchasing a set of Prodrives and they are around 2K.

This is my first time shopping for wheels... Is this whatI should expect for any set of 17's?

1800 used though, its all up to you, their are brands like konig, tsw, axis etc, and then there's kinesis, hre, iforged etc. it all depends on your taste i guess. It all depends on what you are trying to portray with your car.

Hey,

I paid under $2k for my set of 17" Prodrive (only because that was the last set they had at the time & they wanted to get rid of it).

I think Pete (ruexp67) runs the same set of wheel as I do... though I never asked how much he paid for his...

PM me if you need more info on the wheels...

K

Good wheels are $2,000 and over in most cases.

Paid $2150 shipped for my set of 18" Volks Bronze CE28 with Nitto 555. I've been looking everyday for 2wks now and $1500- $2500 seems to be the normal price for a set of 17"-18" rims for our S2000. I still have to get used to the staggered tire prices....god, 205/40/17 integra tires were sooo much cheaper.

$2000 for a set of Prodrives is a good deal.

I have seen group buys on other wheels and you can get high quality wheels for a little less.

Used, you can get much cheaper, high quality wheels.

Decide what you want, decide what you want to spend, and then see if you can find what you want for what you want to spend.
