Default "Body shop" that does blending / touching-up in Chicagoland?

Hi, I've got 2 areas of damage where I'd like to try to preserve as much of the original paint as possible. Someone scraped against my parked car. Does anyone know of a non-traditional body shop that can do touch up work or small area paint blending? On the fender (just along the crease), the fender got bent and the paint is cracked (My PDR guy unbent the fender, but just slopped on some paint there to keep it from oxidizing.) I'm assuming it can possibly be sanded then touched-up / blended in?? Also, the plastic bumper cover has inches of missing paint. I saw this video where a guy expertly blends the paint and clear
, but he is relatively unique among bodyshops and is almost like an artist working at a body shop. I'm wondering if that can be done with my bumper cover also (blending instead of painting the entire bumper cover). Again, the goal for me is to preserve as much of the original paint as possible (I am the original owner of this low mileage AP2). I know Carnica (now Dent Wizard in Des Plaines) <<may>> do this kind of work. Does anyone know of any other body shop that does blending / touching-up instead of the usual painting of the entire panel route? FYI, I live in the northern burbs of Chicago.
