not so much. the image stabilization is a crock of shit. light mgmt is awful. you have to spend 150 on a memory card to be able to hold enough movies,.. one day at the track means taking your laptop to the track to clear off the memory card in the middle of the day.
but very durable, and its convienient to get the vdo on to a computer, as there is no tape, just copy the file over.
if its bright out, not bumpy and you want the vdo on your computer its perfect for you.
