The best hand car wash that I've found in the west burbs is Perfect Auto Finish in Roselle. Address is:
65 West Irving Park Rd
Roselle, Il
Like a block from the corner of Roselle Rd and Irving Park Rd. Good prices too. It's about $20 and they do a good job. I go there all winter long.
***EDIT*** So this one in Roselle wasn't there any more, but the phone number was still active. I want to find where they moved to because they were a great car wash.
