Hey Michigan S2ki folks!

I'll be up at the Center for Creative Studies on Tuesday 9/27 advising the industrial design students there on a student sports car project for Honda.
Basically, they'll need to come up with ideas for a next-gen sports car.

Unfortunately, the S2000 can't be readily seen at the dealership anymore...it would be great to show off one or two examples of our cars.
However, I can't bring mine from California, so...

If there is anyone with an S2k that can make it to the CCS Taubman campus (406 W. Baltimore Ave
Detroit, MI 48202) around or before lunch time, I'll buy you lunch

We'd just look/take pictures/sit inside, etc...

Mike, long time no talk (since the dinner the night before the last S2000 hosting you had at CCS)!!! The last one you helped host for Honda and CCS was awesome!

I wish I could help, but weekday is difficult.

If anyone can help out, Mike is VERY good people to hang out with and talk cars!

 

Wow, last one was close to 5 years ago. Forgot about all the design concept models from that.

Thx everyone...yes, the previous project's meet/greet with the students was very beneficial to them...really put a face with the car.

I'm sorry, a weekday (and short notice) IS too much

Is there a Detroit area group that meets regularly at all?
If so, I could have the students just go there to see them, probably way more convenient to do it that way.

Later in the term they'll have sketches too so perhaps there could be Saturday when some of you could view sketches too...anyway, if interested, PM me...thank you!!
