Why is it a 30 zone?
because they can't put a toll booth on the road?

Vassil,

Funny, wtih my first ticket in the S...i got the same thing, 42 in a 35 zone but he gave me a chance...I just had to mail in 75 dollars and I got my license back
Yeah and it went on your record. After 15+ tickets in the past 24 months, my record is completely clean. I'll deffinately be going to court for this.

Hell if I know... actually, there's no speed limit posted at all anywhere. I searched for about 30 minutes to find one. That's good for me though
Odd.

My first ticket was a 77 in a 55. I definitely deserved that

ANGELA I WILL SAY THIS ONLY ONE MORE TIME. I ALSO GOT A MAIL IN THING. THE POINT IS... WHEN YOU MAIL IT IN, YOU PLEAD "GUILTY" AND IT GOES ON YOUR RECORD. Sorry for caps, just don't feel like repeating myself 10x.

They give that to everybody unless its 30 mph or over.

Upper peninsula of michigan on a moderately traveled 2 lane highway, middle of the day on a Sunday. I was the only car for several miles. In the 20 minutes I was on the side of the road, 2 cars passed me going the other way, none the same way. He probably pulled over every car going south that day.

Why did I say I deserve it? Mainly because I knew about that speed trap and didn't slow down for it. I'd seen him there many times when I was in my other car (always going 55-60).

I also knew that there's cops at the exact same spot that he pulled me over. Kind of stupid.
