Does anyone know how many of these cars they make a year? I heard 5000 but I haven't seen that anywhere in print.

I just got back from Dallas (2200 miles round trip) and I never saw one on the road. I think that's what makes me love it the most. That and the sheer excitement of everything that makes this car tick.

 

It's been reported that appx 10,000 are made every year, so somewhere around 40,000 so far.

 

THe last posting I saw about a week put the number at 60,000 so far.
