Hi everrybody! I really enjoy camping but have never camped in the Midwest. I think an umw camping trip/meet would be fun. We can tell ghost stories around a camp fire, roast marshmellows, stargaze or even play hide n seek in the woods. So who would be interested in a camping trip? Show of hands if you would join in camping and any input into what/where to camp would be welcomed.

I have personally , always wanted to camp at devils lake in WI , I know in the past kettle moraine area has also been a fun experience .

This sounds awesome, count me in. anyone know what good times would be for camping? spring, summer or fall? has anyone done some camping in some areas that can give some input? I don't think there will be a mega meet this year, so this could be a nice big meet for the year.

Mississinewa is right outside of Peru IN where IndySCCA runs most of their autox events. We could make it a weekend and have a takeover on sunday doing auto-x!

I'd probably be down for this -- we've camped at Whitewater State Park a few times and it's always been great. About an hour West of Milwaukee.

Devil's Lake is AWESOME too, Andy -- that'd be so great.
