Default karma?

ok, so i been called hard headed more then a few times and i always liked to go aginst the grain.
i'm also the kind that like to learn the hard way.

anyways, yesterday i changed my sig. see below.
weather forcast for today was hit and miss showers in the morning with clearing skies around noon.
today i head out to autobahn CC for the WCMC autoX. cool, semi wet pavement for racing. i like the rain.
i get to the track and officials have not yet set anything up at all. only one car was even unloaded off the trailer. i counted only 12 drivers by 11 am.
officials said rain is supposed to stop in 45 mins, then autobahn will send out the cleaning crew to clear off the standing water. cool, late start but very little driver so we'll get same amount of runs if not more.
while we wait i go to the S and take a nap. i wake up an hour later and see that everyone has gone over to the clubhouse to get out of the rain.
rain is still drizzling but i see crew sweeping the track. awsome, i think, we're gonna race soon.
i go back to sleep in the S and when i wake up agian, it's almost 1pm and raining hard. i look around and i'm the only car left. everyone is gone.
race is called off and everybody went home.
DAMIT! i called for rain and got too much of it.

a WCMC member that i know (kyle) is getting a hotel. i was wondering if it's worth it to stay at a hotel.
it's like a 1 1/2 hour drive for me but it feels less.

I'm glad I didn't go. I was on my way there (going on I-55) but decided to turn back at the Route 83 exit because it was raining way too hard and I wasn't willing to take the chance.

i was out last night for another friend's b-day and was out till like 5 am.

so, if i go the tire rack, i'd have to drive back to head out with my friend.
and i prolly wont be home from party till at least 3 am. that gives me about 3 hours to sleep then wake up to drive 2 hours to tire rack agian and try to race with a headache???? im not sure about that..
