Amsoil. Hands down the best oil brand on the market. If you have trouble finding it locally, let me know.

I've been running Amsoil for a while now through Jeggy's friend and have had excellent experience thus far.

Ive always run Castrol Edge 10w30 in my S, even at the track, autox, mountains, you name it, etc. Car has 117k miles on it, probably 30k of which are hard miles, no issues. You really can't go wrong with any full synthetic on the market today.

I cant speak for this car but I have always used Mobil 1 synthetic and had great results. I tried Royal Purple in the S but I havent driven the car or had any lab results to see how well it holds up. Like acab said they are all great oils. Your mostly paying for marketing and brand name when comparing the top brands IMO.

In the past, there have been debate about Mobil 1 in the f20. Some say Mobil 1 had a part in their timing chain failure. Not saying that Mobil 1 is a bad oil, just that it didn't work well with the ap1 engine.
