Default Need a rear wheel

I had to take out the S last night during the crazy snowstorm (stock tires). Yeah, I know it was stupid.

To make a long story short, I drifted into a curb, unintentionally. My DS rear wheel is pretty messed up. I tried eBay, no luck. I don't want to go to the dealer cause it will be too much $.

Anyone know where I can get one stock rim???

You can take it to Wheels America. They've fixed curbage, and un-bent quite a few owner's wheels.

They are located in the Elk Grove/Des Plaines area/Arlington Heights Area. I can dig up the number and address for you Monday, or you can search the UMW forum for their info. I posted it quite a few years ago.

Typical cost for fixing curbage damage and refinishing is about $100. Typical cost for straightening a wheel and refinishing is around $150. They may even have "refurbished" wheels on hand that you may be able to buy and trade-in your "used" one.

I have a spare AP1 rear rim, it has been sitting on top of my garage for the last 2 years. There is one small scratch on the face of the rim but in excellent shape. You can have it for $20 if you want to meet me half way, Free if you want to come and pick it up. I will try and take some pics of it tonight and post them.
Let me know.
