Default Need soft top latches

So some have you know about the latch problem on the soft-top, I am not going to repeat what the problem is and don't ask about it, it doesn't need to be on the forums, however you can come to a meet and i'll explain. But Mountain-man is going to make some parts for us (we hope to be able to make the part) and I am going to help him in anyway I can. This part is FOR the community, it helps to keep our s2k's safe.

Please if anyone have soft-top latches sitting around PM me or Mountain-man, thanks so much guys!

We could send you a security deposit as well in case one gets damaged. I only need one to take measurements and build a prototype. The latch should not become damaged, and will not be directly modified (nothing cut into or removed), however it will be partially dismantled (and reassembled) as required to make this work, and apply the modification.

PM me some details.

Thanks!

Yeah shipping on those things is like 5 bucks tops, its gonna cost more than that in gas and time to meet someone to get them.

Even though I dont get what is going on, but I assume it has to do with theft, and slashing a top is a lot easier than messing with these.
