Northwest Shelby Club opinions
A friend of mine is looking to take a beginner to a NW Shelby club track day at Autobahn. I know a few of you guys have ran with them before. What's you're opinion of them in general and for a beginner? Anyone go through their instruction? Everything ran pretty smoothly and safe? Any particularly good or bad experiences? Thanks!

I'm considering a track day with the NW Shelby Club. I hear they throw well organized events, and while I can't speak for their instruction, I would think all the instructors have familiarity in a RWD on that track, so that should be something to consider when making this decision.
FWIW, I hear CGI provides really good instruction for beginners and they lay out cones showing the lines in their AM session.

I have attended two of their weekend events in the past.
They are one of the safest and best managed groups I have run with. I highly recommend them as long as you do not mind hanging with American Muscle.
