GingerMan Raceway is hosting their "Fall Finale" open track weekend October 20-21st. Cost is $150 for a single day, $250 for the whole weekend. This will basically be the last open track opportunity for the season. Is anybody planning on attending? I am planning on running both days, and am contemplating camping.

Call ahead and make sure they dont mine you coming to this event for your first time on track...

Been a while since I've been in the UMW section...

Glad there is some interest in this! I can't make wangfest on the 13th-14th due to other obligations. So this will be it for me this year.

Regarding beginners...I emailed them about a friend of mine who wants to run, but doesn't have experience on a track. They were okay we it as long as I instruct him for the first few sessions. You might want to email or call them before you drop any money on registration.

I'd be happy to do ride-alongs with anybody new to the track, just let me know.
