parking at wrigley
just wondering if you guys were attending a cubs game, would you bring you s?? ive never been there and im going tonite but dont know if its a good idea to drive my car or not... how much does parking usually run? thanks
This should be moved to the Upper Mid-West regional forum (Where all the Chicago area people hang out.)
I have never seen an official lot for Wrigey Field. All I have ever seen are dozens of little lots all around the park. Once in the lot, it's not any MORE vulnarable near the park, than anywhere else in the city. Watch out for the bleacher bums who are HAMMERED when they get to their cars and drive away after the game.

Seriously,
The UMW crowd will give you a much better response than here in the Gallery.
In anycase, I've parked many times at the many private lots just a block or two off of the field. If you get there early enough and pay (tip) appropriately, they'll let you park the car, take a corner spot, and/or take a driveway spot (where the curb is flattened out to allow cars to enter/exit).
I've gone down there in the S2000, in my buddy's SL500 and SL600, in one of the company's H1s (that was a game to be at....box seats, full 5-star service). You're pretty safe, just pay the guy properly, your car will be taken care of.
