Default Powdercoating valve cover

I'm thinking about getting my valve cover done in another color. I've got a black/blue theme going on and having random splashes of red in and around the car doesn't really fit cleanly. So I'm looking into getting my valve cover powder coated.

Does anyone know of some reputable places around the Milwaukee area? I'd ship to Chicago area, but rather not.

Now, I'd REALLY want a genuine Spoon custom blue valve cover, but I asked and Spoon USA said that the blue ones are ebay knockoffs.

Paul,

The Spoon Valve cover is the biggest rip off I have on my car right now. There is absolotely no reason to buy true "JDM bling" for an item like that; all they do is repaint an AP1 OEM cover.

I've heard a couple good things about this place, but never had anything done yet.

GT Motoring has been turning over quite a few things for powdercoating. I've got two sets of MF10's done from them, and they cam out wonderfully.

I've seen MANY valve covers done from them as well. If you'd like to have them do it and don't want to ship a valve cover....I can drop off the extra AP1 valve cover I have to them to get powder coated Once it's done, drive down here, to pick it up, and we'll swap the powdercoated one for the red one off your car.

SWEET!!!! What's the cost? I contacted a place up in the Jackson WI area, so I'm waiting on word from them. Not sure if they do one offs.

Can you guys do color matching? I'd love to have the cover match my Spoon brakes. (Spoon blue)

Now if only you guys know where I can get upper door panels with the tweeter pods.

This works out great....GT Motoring happens to have a set of Spoon calipers sitting in their shop, so they could prbably try a color to match it.

I'll try giving you a call after I get out of work today.

Not that I'm aware of. I have three sets of Spoon calipers at home. I'll check once I get home.

In fact, I'm sure the three sets I have are all of the same shade....even the one pair that's from my Integra (which is a different design and have to expect that it was powdercoated with a different batch).
