any convertible repairing shop in Minnesota?

 

There are lots of them, look up some automotive upholstery shops in the yellow pages. Luckily, I don't have experience with any of them so I can't make a recommendation. Maybe you should consider just taking it to the dealership though.

 

Great time to replace the top and get a glass window. Go for the Robbins top.

Here's a link to a DIY that looks relatively painless. The majority of the cost at the dealership is labor, so go over the DIY and see if you can do it yourself. Looks like $595.

well....i think i am just planning to change the plastic window cz I really have tight budget now. And my friend introduced me a guy who works on convertibles, and he took a look at it, he said he could finish in 3 hours. and he charges 30 bucks an hour. He is located in Avon, Minnesota. By the way, I finally got my lisence back!!!! i opened my top all day yesterday cz it was really warm...and i got sun burned now

 

if you're just changing out the plastic part...will you have a functional rear defroster, or just glass?
