are you sure it's for injuries only? my friend just got hit in the parking lot and the a** didn't leave any information. however, my friend managed to claim it under "uninsured/underinsured coverage". she managed to have her insurance paid for the cost to repair.

Damn that's to bad but you were lucky the guy did not leave and you were able to find him. I hope the cop slaps him with a hit and run charge.

How's the car been running anyway?

I didn't know being illegal automatically made you an asshole, and if they are running around, what does that have to do with drivers insurance?

I am sorry, are you saying that you walked to your car, got in it, didnt notice the damage at all. Almost pulled away until your friend noticed it with his lights and told you to stop? How do you not see your door dented in?

The damage had to be on your drivers side door unless you parked illegally. In that case corolla douche has a case.

I'm pretty sure it was on his passenger side door, most people don't do a walk around before getting in their car to have noticed the damage. He stated his door, even tho he was unclear about which door, both doors on his car are technically his.

What?? I am assuming his drivers door is the only door that could of been hit, unless the 3 point turn was in the front yard, or he parked on the wrong side. This is no big deal. I am saying I am surprised that he got in his car and didnt notice the damage. Assuming he got hit on the drivers side door based on the things I have said about what door was exposed to the street. Just wondering!

I'm not sure if its illegal to park on facing the wrong way or not. If he got hit on his drivers side and did that much damage I doubt he would even be able to open the door, that's why I'm assuming it's the passenger side. I'm sure he will eventually chime in and clear it up lol. I know I have gotten dings from cars on my passenger side and don't notice for a while. I just never really bother to look closely over there lol.

Not on a one-way street (perhaps the car didn't realize and had to turn around)
