i was already planning to road trip out to socal to visit some friends next year. the homecoming would just be an extra stop.

i wanted to go to the initial homecoming in 07 but the stars didn't line up.

 

I'm thinking about it. It would be a really sweet road trip.

 

Hmmmm.... I'm seriously considering this... we could even caravan out there together! That'd be sweet.

 

This would be BITCHING.....

 

Wish I could get off work and had the money to go, and trusted my car enough to go, and ummm yeah you know other stuff... looks like fun!

 

well my vacation plan was to drive out to denver for a few days. my brother lives there.and in doing so i break the 2K mile trip into two smaller trips. then head out to LA and stay a few days with my friend. then head to vegas for a night or two. from there i would go to louisiana to visit another friend. then back home to chicago.

with the homecoming in the mix it would add a day or two to my stay in LA.
i can talk to my brother about guests staying the night if we get a caravan going. he does have 3 guess rooms.

 

If it was planned for during the summer I'd be all over it, but with the kids being in school there's just no way I could go in September.

 

I put my name on the list now lets see if I can make there.

 

I would be down. I will not stay to long in denver tho. I would prob stay in VEGAS. The way there is awsome did it a few years back.

 

Too bad we can't get that kind of showing here. Sadly, the only trips I make out there are the kind that require a different vehicle and I'm nowhere near a big city.

Wasn't there a thread about trying to get a super-meet here around the Chicago area a while ago? Seemed like there was interest in one, but then it died off.
