Sorry guys I've been real busy with school and work, but just to let u guys know im not a scammer and havent had any problems with any s2k guys except for oatnet. It doesnt matter wether you believe me or not, but the people I saw at one of the s2k meets earlier know who I am and I respect all of them and would never do such a thing to be called a scammer. My car is a 2002 s2k and was originally sebring silver. Oatnet made something so small into a big deal, and is trying to make me look bad on s2k forums.
Was the matter resolved?

UMW!

Thanks for asking! Nope, although he promised to send the money 'the following friday' he never did. I emailed him a bunch and he didn't have the courage to respond. A week or so has passed since then. I figure that in exchange for the $60, I get the right to post a polite 'character reference' for him on every thread he posts on.

BigMo, this shows you have not understood a thing. Your character was on the line - that was the big deal. Given your performance, how can anyone trust you near their cars, or in their homes, when you don't get that?

You promised to make good - and you did not. You claimed to have seen the error of your ways in the other thread, yet here you try to brush it off. Like I said, the $60 isn't a big thing. The disrespect is.

Um, NO. I don't think you get it. It isn't about the ****ing $60. It's about the principle of things and having morals. YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB MAKING YOURSELF LOOK BAD ON THIS FORUM.

Again UMW! I got the Good/bad news today:

===============================================
Dear ################,

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

We will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they become available in the seller's account in the future. Please be assured that we will also take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.
===============================================

Bonus - if he ever puts money into that bank account, or trys to start another account with paypal, I'll get my money back.

So for a $60 scam, big mo has ruined his reputation on s2ki, trashed his PayPal account AND his bank account, and earned a further $10 PayPal penalty for losing the dispute.

Right now I have someone at his school tracking down his Parents. I am sure they will be proud that 'lil snook-ums has brought the shame of THEFT and FRAUD on their family honor. I am also sure they will enjoy the PMs he has sent too!
