That was probably you. The other NFR I saw was turning down Central, I'm sure of it and that was last week sometime

I saw a blue 04 on 31st and kemman(aka 25th ave) going north, he was on his cell phone, and I was on mine, but I was on foot, and he was on s2k. I'm not sure about that light blue color.
