anyone with the testpipe on their car with the rotten egg smell?
im looking into a testpipe on oem exhaust.
i want to se how bad the smell actuially is before i do it. so anyone in chicago area willing to let me smell their gas.
......i know what you all are thinking. and yeah i giggled to but lets get serious now.
if your car is down for the season and dont want to take it out, i'll gladly make the trip out to you.

 

I had one on my car, and took it off. The smell was horrible.

 

how horrible? foul urine locker room bad, silent fart bad, or fresh fish asile at the supermarket bad?

 

Bad enough that I figured no chick would ever want to ride in the car a second time.

Others have reported it not being that bad, but it was bad to me.

When I first got it put on the smell was horrendous but after 3 weeks or so the smell eventually went away.

most report that they smell it only when the top is down. so it musnt be THAT overwhelming. is it?

 

Only smell it when im at stop signs.

Well, I always drive top down.

It was worse at stop lights.

I had it on for more than 3 weeks.
