single cam valve adjustment is pretty easy. just make sure you get there early enough for the car to completely cool down. any heat in the motor will throw off specs. anyone have a cheap box fan to bring?
Care to help me with this, as I have no idea what to do and how to do this. Would love to learn how to. How long are we talking about for the car to cool down?

Care to send me the address as well. I will be attending Saturday instead of Sunday.
yeah i can help you out with it. i'd say at least 2 hours depending on ambient air temp. the engine(head) has to be cool to the touch. a box fan would make the cooling process go a lot faster.

I'll try and make it out there and maybe I'll bring the little one as when. Most likely I won't bring S, hopefully it'll get sold by then.

I'll be there early.

I got the hookup at a German bakery, so I'm almost positive I'll have an assortment of donuts and coffee cakes with me.

Yea, I'm bringing it.

But unfortunately retailers domain won't have my new pads in on time. Though, unless you have some REEALY deep scratches, what I have will be fine. Plus I'm sure you wouldn't want to have one perfect panel that's a shade darker due to the paint clarity.

I have a few of the Black wax pads, blue final polish pads, and green polish pads.

If someone has the orange or yellow pads for aggressive cutting, that would save us time. I have a flexible 3m 5.5 inch backing plate, so 5.5 inch pads would be ideal.

I can bring a porter cable as well if that would help. I only have Meguiars pads - 1 polish, 1 wax.

For you diff and trans fluid people. I have a total of 4 sets (fill and drain) each for the trans and diff. Diff set will be $2 and trans set will be $1 (pretty much what I paid from h-and-a after shipping). Dealership will probably charge you more. The process is pretty straightforward except for my biggest pet peeve about the s2000 - 23mm diff fill bolt (drain bolt is 24mm...really honda? couldn't make them the same size?) but I have a 23mm box wrench (just for that). I also have hand pumps for the trans and the diff fluid. Diff takes 1qt and trans takes 1.5qts, so buy 2 when you're at honda (or 3 and find a friend).

Bring a chair. In fact, just keep one in your trunk at all times.
