Thursday Meet - September 7
September 7 (Thursday) @ 7 PM - Todai Seafood and Sushi Buffet at the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg
I will be making the trip up to to Chicago to host my final gathering in the midwest. I'll be heading for hopefully greener pastures at the end of the month.
Additionally, PopTarts will be in town from Maryland helping a friend move, and may be joining us.
Todai is primarily a seafood/sushi buffet, but they also have a fairly good variety of stir fry, chicken/pork/beef dishes, as well as a salad/meatless bar. It's a big place and they shouldn't have any trouble seating 20+ of us. Also, they have no problem splitting bills (unlike some places - still not sure why this is so hard with an electronic tab system) so you can pay by credit card for your part. Dinner is, I believe, $22.95 per person but they do not have a full bar, so figure on $25-30.
Hope everyone, even Pete, can venture out. We may or may not talk about serious stuff (notably suggestions for a replacement CO).
