I know it's out of place, but any interest in sponsoring events at other locales?

 

By any chance, are any of the prizes a set of R-compound racing slicks?

I'm not a big AutoX fan, but might be interested depending what else goes on during the day...

 

We can't sponsor anything outside of Indiana because of the tax laws. Just htought we would open up the place to the S2000 owners.

Jim - I'm totally baffled by your comment about the tax laws. Could you explain this please. We would love to have you guys involved with S2KDays in Sacramento in some way or another.

 

Something about if we have a presence in that state then we have to charge sales tax in that state. I am not sure exactly how it is stated though. I think that we have done something for the S2KCA days but marketing handles that. They don't let the salespeople get involved.
We have different car clubs here almost every weekend. It would be nice to see some of the S2K's here. We are very conveniently located on the Indian Toll road about 2 hours from Chicago and 3 hours to Detroit and Indy.

I'm interested. Will the Tire Rack allow an SCCA event sponsored by a local region such as the South Bend region or Indy region at their new site? Does the new site have flexibility in the way it can be configured or is it a fixed course?
