Default Titanium Comptech Strut Brace Review

Ordered from Comptech, $300 shipped. Tubular titanium strut brace. Arrived fast. Didn't think it fit at first cause it was so tight. Had to literally jump on a wheel while my car was jacked up to get the strut to go far enough down that the brace fit over the bolts. Tightened it all up. Reinstalled it twice to make sure i had it on there perfect and as low as possible. The hood wouldn't even close over the thing. The bar rubbed huge marks through my heat insulation under my hood in 5 drives. Had to drop hood from 4 feet to get it to bend over the bar. The bar looked really good and was designed well. I actually felt my front end a bit stiffer around corners, probably not really doing much but at least i felt it. Disappointed in the misfit, i sent the bar back and two weeks later still don't know the outcome of my troubles. Makes me think twice about spending more money on "big name" brands.

Any random part you bolt on the S2000 makes it faster and better handling.
Why else would almost everybody do it?
