Trade it in or Sell it?
What's going on everyone. I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this. So I took my s2000 (as is, mods etc..) to a local dealership to see how much they're willing to give me for the car. I will be trading it in as is, mods, no softop and etc.. It's an 04, with 61,000 miles. Excellent condition and I just got all the fluids changed about a month ago, new tires and new rotors, pads on all four corners. They offered me $14k. I'm not sure if I'm getting a decent deal here and also keep in mind the tax break I will be getting due to the trade. Any advice will be appreciated.
If you guys know of anyone that's looking for an s2000 please spread the word. There's nothing wrong with the car. Thank you.

there giving you avg trade in...take every mod off the car and sell it. trade in offer isn't bad, could be a bit better, if the car was fully OEM. I would ask them what their offer is if you put the car back to stock. Its out of season so that doesn't help in our area and you will get more come spring if you wanted to wait it out.

Considering how tastefully modded your car is Benjie, I really feel like you deserve more money for it. I think you *could* do better sold as-is, but it may be hard finding someone who properly appreciates and values what you've done.
