Does anyone in the Chicagoland area have the trunk spring removal tool that I can borrow?

do they have such a thing? its not hard to remove.

putting it back on is another story.

I have a cf trunk and want to remove one maybe both. If it's easy to remove maybe I won't need the tool since I will not be putting one back in.

you can remove them without the tool.

you will have to remove both.
