UMW CO Nomination Thread
Attention ALL UMW members. We are going to add a third CO to the UMW region. This thread seeks to find nominees for the role. So please post up a nomination, or if your choice has already been nominated, please "second" your nomination. If your nomination has already been seconded, then you do not have anything to post.
THIS IS NOT A VOTE!
This thread will end on July 14th and the voting for the nominees will start then, and then run for a week. So on the 21st, we will announce your new CO.
There seems to be a good deal of support on the West side of Lake Michigan, so we will only consider nominees from Michigan or Indiana. I know this is a little different than what we've done before, but we feel it is important to represent the "East" side of the UMW with this new CO.
The CO responsibilities are as follows:
Developing a club "Community"
Maintain the membership list
Contact potential members you see on the street and online (build the club)
Develop relations with local sponsors and dealerships
Take the lead in organizing local or community events
As a CO you should be dedicated to the community
So if there is someone you feel is well suited to this role, please nominate them below.

All that is being sought for at this moment are nominations and one "2nd" to the nomination.
All repeat "2nd's" and nominations will get dumped from here on out. Any suggestions will be treated as nominations.
Repetitive nominations seems too much like voting. If a 3rd person was to be nominated at this point, the chances of that person accepting a nomination are less than likely. Who wants to run for something that another has been 'nominated' 15 times over?
