Smile Vent got a flat!

I stopped into Autozone on Foster and Broadway for some Rhino ramps (on sale for $29). When I got out I discovered that my rear driver's side wheel was completely flat.

Limped over to the gas station and pumped it full of air again to see if it will hold. Luckily it held enough to get me back home. It's sitting in the garage and I can hear a slow leak. Just got these tires last week too! Must have picked up a nail someplace.

Sorry, I just had to vent. I guess on the bright side I wasn't run over by a plane waiting at a stoplight by Midway.

remember to get a new tire if you drove to far on the sidewalls.

Well if you cant repair it at least you wont have to worry about getting 2 to make a matching set, you can just replace the one since they are all new anyways.

I've bought 4 sets of tires at belle tire now by my house and one was a brand new set of snows for my S4- only had about 1000 miles on them- if that... went to have them put them back on this year... and somehow... someway... one of them got a 1" slit right in the sidewall...!?!?!?!

Mysteriously... the bag they took it out of... had no lacerations... and guess what... THEY put it in the bag last year and NO ONE touched the bag since!

I still had to dole out another $150 for that f'in tire!

I'm pretty sure if you have new/newer tires, you can go into a local tire shop and see if they can road hazzard them for you. It's definately worth the small investment.
