Don't know man.... unless you feel the S is losing rigidity with your mods... I'd think that a strut tower bar wouldn't be the first thing to add on the S.... just my 2c....

I think its common knowledge that a strut bar does NOTHING for rigidity and handling - but it does look nice, empties your wallet and gives you something to lean on in the engine bay

I say if you want an STB for looks, go for this one. It looks the same as 75% of the bars out there - and save yourself some $$$

If you want a STB, this would be a good and wise choice.

s2000flog - This a damn good price on a strut bar, but a three piece design doesn't add all that much rigidity. Think about it... there are two bolts that will act as pivots if you corner hard enough, causing your car to parallelogram. If you really want to add some rigidity to your front end save up for a X-brace or find a one-piece bar, like the comptech.

Just my 2cnts.

Thats not 100% true it depends on the chassis and the bar.

In this case, or in any case, and shock tower bar with pivot points does absolutely nothing for rigidity.

Dont waste your money on crap that does nothing

I was talking about the S2000 even though I didnt name it specifically.

If you want any kind of bar to increase stiffness, I would go for an X brace or the Cusco 3 piece chassis bars. An STB would be further down the list. Sorry for the confusion.

i can see this on a very flexy car but the S is already pretty damn rigid. Plus, if you aren't tearing up the road i don't think you need a damn stiff car. Save the money and put it to better use. Many people say that a CAI or any type of intake changes the character of the car considerably. The intakes are not that bad in prices too.
