btw what time does the banquet start? also would you want to be back a bit before to freshen up? and when were we done takin pics in the gravel lot, like 11? i need to look at my pics and see what time it was last year...

 

ok according to my photos we were still takin pics in the gravel lot after the roll out til at least 10:45am...does that sound right? so we could set the meeting time for the waterfall run at noon in the fontana parking lot? and the banquet is scheduled for 6:30 - 9:30...so we should be back by 7 at the latest yeah?

 

How long are you thinking it'll be? I'm going to say most people want to be back a few hours before the banquet to wash up and stuff.

 

according to google its an hour to franklin and then that loop is 87 miles, 2 hours 30 min but the website i found it on advises a half day to see it right http://www.blueridgemotorcycling.com...aterfall-loop/


im thinking we just play it by year and maybe we don't do the whole loop and just backtrack. i want to get to at least as far as bridal veil falls though

 

Maybe we could just do the South half of the loop to the Citgo station and back? That looks like it'd cover most of the waterfalls with less of a distance.

Agree. Let's cap it at max 4. More than that and people will not be interested from the standpoint of time and R&R before the banquet...... Besides, we have a long night ahead of us..... (aka: G-Funk has to carry a cooler. Oh wait. Did Jesus say "not it" last? )
