Just wanted to send you an update. ...

We are nearing the time to make reservations for this event and wanted to see if any of you were still interested in attending. You are more than welcome to attend!

Having a confirmed head count will allow me to negotiate evening rates with the local hotels, motels, or even private cabins that are in the area. If you can't commit soon, I can't guarantee you any special room rates or even a room. You will have to make arrangements for your own accommodations, but will still be able to enjoy the run with the rest of us.

If you could let me know by posting here or in the "Hills of Missouri" thread I would greatly appreciate it.

But, at this point, it looks like I can not make it. I am scheduled to work that weekend. If I can arrange my schedule, I am there.

 

Yes, I mentioned it to my wife and we think it's a "definite possibility". The only thing about us is that we often have to travel a lot for business, especially overseas, so I can't tell you for sure until the date is a lot closer.
