ARG! I'm at Modern Garage ... and just found out that my car will not be finished until late Sat. No group drive for me.

We're getting the cars wrapped up for the trip to Vegas and the Spring Mountain event ... which is next week.

ps There is a nice white S2K on the dyno here. Christian said I'm welcome to take it, so ... but the car seems to only be putting 330 to the wheels ... so I'm not sure I want to!

I won't be able to go. My car also will not be done for this weekend. Mike, my car will be going back to 317whp because I can't run the smaller pulley without stand-alone. But Christian says there's someone who will buy the smaller pulley from me because he has stand-alone. So someone will have one mighty powerful S. By the way I was hitting 333whp at only 8000rpms. Christian couldn't go past that because my injectors maxed out.

Wait, so Mike and Levi backed out? Looks like the only part we had planned for this just eell through. Since we're crunched for time, let's just do the usual drive up Big Cottonwood and eat at Porcupine Grill. Everyone up for that? If you want to do Alpine Loop we can do that instead, but we need a decision fast.

Mike-You can just 'borrow' the Evo can't you? Jake usually comes on these things anyway, so you two should ride together to the group drive.
Levi-Tell Christian that because of the inconvience he caused you, you are going to steal a COBB Tuning STi for the day. See, both of your problems solved right there.

Yep, I was there as your car was on the dyno. Injectors were maxed out before 8k RPM.

"Christian says there's someone who will buy the smaller pulley from me because he has stand-alone."

Hmmm ... I wonder who has a standalone that could use the smaller pulley?

Ok, let's make it official. Tomorrow, 9AM we're going on a drive up Big Cottonwood Canyon and afterwards going to Porcupine Pub and Grill. I say we meet away from the canyon entrance because if we meet down there, the canyon police will know what we're up to and will plan for it. So now, where should we meet, I've decided everything else.

Didn't we do it at Starbucks the last time? (Unless that one was close to the canyon - too long ago to remember) If there's another location NOT near the canyon, lets do that. All we need are directions...how about the parking lot of the Porcupine Pub - if it's away from the canyon?

There is a Starbucks just west of Porcupine Grill off Fort Union by Media Play. Wish we could make it.

Wasn't there a Starbucks right off 6200 S. Exit off I-215 that we met at awhile ago. I think that would be a good place to meet.
