It isn't set in stone yet, but I believe it's essentially just show up to the preferred parking gate and provide the name and possibly email you registered with. Of course you should also show up in the car you registered. From there we'll provide you with a sticker of some sort with a number to place on your car so attendees can vote for their favorites. I don't believe there will be any particular parking placement, so we'll just place your car wherever there is room.

As far a pre meet only thing I know of is the northern guys (all cars) are meeting in Riverdale at nicklecade parking lot again

Yea, that's not really how it works. If you aren't on the Preferred list you won't get into the Preferred lot. They're going to be very strict with that, but, there will be plenty of general admission parking!
