Is this while you're driving? We've had a similar problem, but just get the leak when we open the driver's door - pours water into the sill. Guess the rubber acts as a makeshift "rain gutter'? Have you checked your front strikers to see if they are aligned ok? We're taking our car in to Ken Garff for the 15K service - I'll ask the service mgr if he has any ideas.

Grrr - just noticed a leak on our top, too. Only it's on the top front corner of the driver's window where the glass touches the rubber gasket. Will keep you posted on what we find - have an appt for the 15K service this weekend.

Took our car in, but ran out of time to fix leak; they are going to adjust the window's track to make the seal tighter on the front door sill (My appointment for this is next week). My service manager says there is some adjustment that can be made to the angle of the window as it rests on the windshield seal. He can make it fit tighter against the weatherstripping. I confirmed this in the shop manual pp 20-10 to 20-14. Looks like you can do this yourself, if you want to save on the expense. (PM me if you want the pages) Mine''s still under warranty, so I'll let the service department take care of it.
