I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone in the salt Lake Area. I picked up my S2k this December. It has been a lot fun and I went to the Snowcross tis weekend at MMP. I'm looking forward to make some mods. Anyone with advice on breaks?

yeah, BREAKS are bad... lol. if you want advice on BRAKES... I've read that a lot of track guys just get some agressive pads such as the hawk hp plus and run fresh brake fluid. If you want a big brake kit all I know is they are spendy.

Welcome!

With respect to brake mods ...

The stock S2000 brakes are more than enough for track.

Fresh or upgraded brake fluid is a good idea.

Even running 18x10 wheels with 285s race slicks all around on my S2000 with nearly 400 RWHP, I didn't need a big brake kit. Race pads with the stock rotors and pads were just great.
