Default S2000 Owner in Pocatello

Well I have lived in Pocatello ID, for almost two years now and have finally gotten around to purchasing my honda S2000. I have poked around this web sight some but not a lot. Is there a lot of good tech information here? Also is the Utah club very active? How many people have S2000 in the area? Does anybody around here race them?

Thanks,

Ivananderson

Welcome to the club. To answer your question about good tech info. Yes if you have a question about your car more than likely there are a dozen posts about it. Check out the forums, there is more info on this page than you can imagine. The Utah section is a bit slow right now due to the cold weather. During the warmer months it's pretty active. I would say there are about a dozen active Utah members on the board. The only racing I do is up and down the canyons. I don't street race, and there aren't any tracks nearby.

The technical information on this site is second to none! Fully 25% of worldwide owners visit here. This site and it's members have fostered updates to the model as well as driven service bulletins. If you visit often you will normally beat your dealer by 1-2 weeks on breaking developements. As Euclid said we have about 12 actives but it varies year to year. Racing is a relative term. Everyone in our group I assume canyon races....no draggers here (except maybe Matt25?). Too many twisties here to use the car what it was truly meant for, especially here in Northern Utah.

One 7000RPM clutch drop was enough for me. I just try to coax them to follow me into a cloverleaf at triple digits now
