Default Thanks!

Just wanted to say thanks to Euclid and Oreo for coming over and helping with my mods....definitely a 2/3 man job. The Espelir springs are in as are the rear rotors. Tonight we paint the calipers!. Hoping to have her off the jacks next week.

FYI---
Euclid and Oreo the front screws are now out and calipers mounted. I used PB Blaster penetrant oil from the rear and a tool I had never seen called an impact screwdriver. Oil and one whack on each corner. The calipers are now painted and came out great. I also need to thank Oreo for pointing out that welded nut...we could have been trying that nut till the cows came home. So for those doing springs the lower strut mount are welded and if you follow "What The's" instruction you may embarress yourself in front of new board members

Hey that is good to know. Dont know when I am going to do any spring or anything yet but I will be sure to remember. You should not be embarrassed there is only one way to learn it is by trial and error. I was just in the right spot at the right time. Anyways I want to say thanks again for the invite and look forward to the rest of the summer.

I owe another thanks to Euclid! This weekend we repulled the headlights and added Ricks clear lenses. It was just as tough as the first time Matt25 and I did them. Last rotor came in today (). Tomorrow we bleed brakes and declare Electra good for the summer....
