Thinking of relocating to Idaho

I know this is the Utah section, however........anyone have any insight into where to live/ where not to live? Affordable housing/ low crime/ nice living areas?

Any help would be appreciated.

City size does not matter other then the wife saying that "Movies and Home Depot have to be 20 minutes away." This is all the ofnformation I have been given to work with.

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is by far one of my favorite places. Would be worth checking out.

The Bosie area might be worth checking into. My grandparents live in Bosie but they also have a farm in Meridian, which is just a couple of miles Southwest of Bosie. Meridian has a lot of nice new homes being built with good size lots.

Coeur d'Alene and Meridian are the two places people keep telling me about so I think we will for sure check them out later this month when we cruise up there. Thanks for your help everybody.
